I love doing quick guest portraits! They are quite different to your classic caricature artist! It is such a buzz to paint live for your guets…and they get to have a keep sake! I keep meaning totime but its around 5/10 minutes
the pictures can be banded with a logo/sticker/date..names etc!

Here is a detail of a painting I created live at this wondrous sikh wedding ceremony! I did this from scratch in 4.5 hours! It was such an hour to be part of this day .. what a visual feast ! I loved seeing the guests reaction of delight and surprise when the ceremony had finished…all were so pleased…as was I.
I love doing this for entertainment as well as a wedding keep sake….

So delighted to have been asked to spray the shutters of Flo Jo fabrics in Bristol. I adore there blue front and i love there selection of goodies inside! we went for a folk art flower feel..what a scrumptious flower combo!
its a bit bizzare painting on a bumpy shutter…one has not got to over think and simply DOMINATE the shutter!

Finally I have painted a beautiful Indian wedding ! I am so happy as I have longed to paint live at an Indian wedding as the ceremonies looks like a visual delight! I got the image from a fabulous photographer and I am so pleased with the result.

I had the pleasure of working with the wonderful Kat Macaulay to make this short upbeat film showing the process of a Popayspective. I am so so chuffed with it …the children’s reactions are priceless!
The commission was in my neighbourhood as is the film maker so I delivered this piece by hand!

Since lockdown I have been commissioned to do three murals in my neighbourhood!

Wet and Wild storm abstract in a wet room
Been lost in a storm this week … we discussed this loads. the room is called wet and wild and this mural is to give the feeling of being in a storm , so when you shower your embracing the storm… yet when you look up there is calm as well as wild colours and movement.. a refreshing revitalising shower indeed! ill do some better pics soon when I varnish it. we added glitter too and I did loads of flicking for wild water spray effect.

Commissioned to be Dada esq receptionists for The Arts Mansion aka Ashton Court Bristol
China Fish and myself delighted in creating these characters to welcome delegates to #futurvill the creation by #artspacelifespace. A wonderful gathering of creatives to talk about art in architecture and within our society. China and I were half robot half human . We had an illuminated lightbulb on our heads and and on off switches attached to our backs.
we had such fun!
I loved our Fish shoulder lapels too!
